Event Details
The runway of Hokkaido Spaceport will be open to the public to observe the launch.
Original merchandise will also be available for purchase at the venue.
Launch Schedule
The rocket will be launched during one of the following time windows:
- 10:50 AM – 12:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Please be aware that the launch may be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions, vehicle adjustments, or other factors.
Venue Hours
- Opening: Saturday, July 12 at 8:50 AM
- Closing: Approximately three hours after launch
Additional Information
- No large screens or monitors are installed at the viewing area. You will not be able to see the rocket or launch pad before liftoff. The rocket will be visible rising above the trees. Bringing binoculars is recommended if needed.
- There are no other designated viewing areas besides the runway venue.
- Traffic and access restrictions will be enforced in and around the venue. Please follow the instructions of security personnel and staff at all times.
- No chairs are provided. You may bring outdoor chairs, but tents are not permitted. Please bring warm clothing and rain gear as needed.
- Unauthorized entry into areas other than the viewing venue is strictly prohibited to prevent inconvenience to residents and the spread of livestock infectious diseases.
- If you find any suspicious objects, please notify the staff immediately.
- Accessible restrooms are available inside the Space Exchange Center SORA.
- The use of open flames is strictly prohibited.
- Please take your trash home with you.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parking is limited. Please carpool whenever possible.
- Once the parking lot is full, entry will be restricted.
- The organizer assumes no responsibility for accidents, theft, or other incidents that may occur inside or outside the venue.
- Photography and filming will take place for media coverage and official documentation. You may appear in photos or videos.
Prohibited Activities
Anyone engaging in the following activities may be asked to leave immediately.
Failure to comply may result in notification to law enforcement.
- Operating unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, etc.) in or around the venue
- Entering restricted areas
- Parking or viewing from unauthorized locations
- Engaging in disruptive or nuisance behavior
- Interfering with the launch or viewing in any way
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the organizer
