We hosted “Taiki Space Day,” an event designed to introduce Taiki Town residents to our initiatives for attracting space-related industries.
Mayor Yutaka Kurokawa provided a guided tour of Hokkaido Spaceport (HOSPO), explaining the progress of Launch Complex 1 (LC1), the new rocket launch site scheduled for completion in September 2026.
Participants could also enjoy a sports car ride along the 1,300-meter runway, which was extended last year—an opportunity to experience its impressive length firsthand.
